Diane R. Edwards is a board certified Pediatrician who specializes in
caring for children and young adults with developmental disabilities
(DD). She is a graduate of Duke University School of Medicine and
completed her Pediatric residency and fellowship in Developmental
Disabilities at the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill. Dr.
Edwards also received training with the North Carolina TEACCH
(Treatment and Education of Autistic and other related Communication
Dr. Edwards has been providing
care for children with developmental disabilities for over 25 years.
She is a nationally recognized consultant and advocate for children and
adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Edwards is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics
Executive Committee for Children with Disabilities, and the
sub-committee on Developmental and Behavioral Screening.
Brown, is a licensed professional counselor. He graduated from Lincoln
University with a Masters degree in counseling in Reality Therapy. He
specializes in working with and administrative experience in children's
mental health services. His special clinical interest includes Play
Therapy. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Association
for Play Therapy.
Stubbs, is a licensed professional counselor specializing in care for
children and families with disabilities. She provides consulting
services for Wyoming Head Start and Child Development Centers, working
primarily with parents and educators. She achieved a BS in Speech and
Language Science and an MS in Psychology from the University of Wyoming
